The Lyceum Theatre in Crewe, Cheshire, booked me as their PR photographer, covering their open day. The event was a great chance for members of the public to have a guided tour of the historic theatre and have a glimpse behind the scenes. The open day also played an integral role, raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity. If you’ve never heard of the charity, why not take a look at their website and see if you can help. On the day there was plenty to do and see, Paul Larcombe – An award winning Elvis Tribute artist performed outside the entrance to the theatre. Inside there was plenty to enjoy from cake stalls, a tombola, as well as children’s activities, including story telling, face painting and a hand painting mural to take part in. The whole day encompassed a pirate theme to coincide with the Peter Pan pantomime starting on Saturday 14th of December. A great day in all, a joy to photograph, I’m now looking forward to photographing the dress rehearsals for Peter Pan.
As always, here are some of my favourite pictures
