The National Osteoporosis Society booked me as their commercial photographer to take pictures of two case studies.  The images would be used across a wide spectrum, but mainly for their thank you booklet and website.  The National Osteoporosis Society is the only UK wide charity dedicated to improving the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and fragility fractures.  My first case study to photograph was Jenny located in Macclesfield, Cheshire.  Jenny was great, we didn’t have much time allocated for the photographs so we jumped straight into the shoot, starting inside and then into the back garden.  Jenny loves the out doors so the garden pictures worked great for this.  Next I headed out to Cannock, Staffordshire, to photograph Caroline and her daughter Katie who suffers from osteoporosis.  Katie was diagnosed with the rare condition before her 7th birthday.  If I had met Katie before this job I wouldn’t have known she was living with osteoporosis, she was happy, cheeky and full of life, like any teenager.  This shoot was very relaxed and we achieved some brilliant results.  Thank you to Wendy from the National Osteoporosis Society for hiring me and to our participants, Jenny, mum Caroline and her daughter Katie, you were all super models 🙂

Here are a few pictures from the job.
